base tea ferments find single origins in jasmine, dragon well, gunpowder, and hojicha. all elixirs include sea salt and cane sugar. additional ingredients are listed on individual bottles.
as elixirs vary in profile and ingredients, please make note of a preferred flavour profile with your order (e.g. with preference for -- smooth, light, sweet, neutral, tart, berried, earthy, phenolic, sharp, subtle -- tastes) so that UNEMENU may present an equable and delectable choice for your palate.
